R12 is indicated for general arteriosclerosis (thickening & hardening of the arteries due to age including that of the heart & brain) i.e, cerebral arteriosclerosis, aortic and coronary sclerosis. Useful for Hypertonia (low muscle tone due to brain nerve damage), nephrosclerosis, difficulty in walking due to nervous disorder (dysbasia), abdominal dysphagia. Senility, weak memory, congestion of blood, vertigo, forgetfulness. Also recommended for patients with tendency towards cerebral hemorrhage (apoplexy) and goiter, thyrotoxicosis which is another form of hyperthyroidism.
