R38 is indicated for inflammation of the ovaries on the right side (Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) causing enlargement of the ovaries due to cysts etc) oedema of the larynx resulting from allergic reaction and causing airway obstruction if not treated. R38 contains bryonia for treating early stages of inflammation of the appendix.
